About us

Jeremy, Eve and Sam ministering at Allred Unit in Texas (2022).
Real Life Ministries is committed to reaching the lost with the good news about the freedom they can receive in Jesus Christ, and seeing lives transformed by the power of God. Real Life has been operating in Texas continuously since 2001 and has always focused on those who have traditionally not been reached by the institutional church, especially men and women struggling with addiction. Our ministry is modeled on the New Testament Church, with an emphasis on intense personal discipleship. Real Life also operates a transitional living facility (often called a "halfway house"), accepting men and women into Real Life's "Life House" program from off the streets or out of prison. Residents have an opportunity to grow personally and spiritually as they prepare to re-enter society. Real Life ministers in numerous prisons across Texas, focusing on reaching the prisoners often considered the "toughest to reach."

Eve Coe is a wife and mother of four children. The daughter of a pastor, Eve ran from God until she was radically saved at 17 years old. Eve has now been privileged to serve in ministry for over 30 years. She has spoken in hundreds of churches, prisons, and public and private schools in half a dozen countries on three different continents, singing and ministering both in English and Spanish as well as making numerous appearances on both television and radio.
After traveling full-time for approximately ten years, Eve and her husband, Jeremy Coe, moved to Henderson, Texas, where they founded Just As You Are Church in February 2001, a non-denominational “blue jeans and T-shirts” church. The ministry moved to Tyler as "Real Life Church" in 2013. In 2016, Eve and Jeremy sold their church building in Tyler to focus their efforts on prison ministry. In May 2021, Eve and Jeremy started "Real Talk," a weekly radio program designed specifically for prisoners which is now available as a podcast on all major streaming services and in thousands of correctional institutions on tablets provided by Securus.
Jeremy has been a practicing attorney since 1998 with offices in both Tyler and Mesquite, Texas. www.coelaw.net
